The types of information that we collect directly from you include your name, email address, phone number, username, search preferences, gender, clothing size, shoe size, favorite items, contents of communications that you submit to us, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically

We automatically collect information about your interactions with us or our Services, including:

Device, Usage, and Activity Information: We collect information about how you access our Services, including data about the device and network you use (such as your hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, unique device identifiers, browser type, and app version). We also collect information about your activity on our Services, including the route by which you access our Services, access dates and times, browsing behavior (such as pages/URLs visited and links clicked), and information about your activity on specific pages (such as items you add to your shopping cart, mouse movements, and keystrokes), as well as information about other shopping websites you visit, which may include web content and which are logged to track shopping sites you visit.

Information Collected by Cookies and Similar Tracking Technologies: We use tracking technologies, such as cookies, pixels, SDKs, and session replay, to collect information about your interactions with the Services and our marketing communications. If you create or log into your rumioh account through a third-party platform (such as Apple or Google), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as your name, email address, language preference, profile picture, and any other information the third-party platform discloses about you, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform. If you use our Services to intentionally interact with third-party websites ("Merchants"), we may receive information from those Merchants about your transactions or interactions with them, including the products or goods you purchased.

Information We Derive

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we infer that you are looking to purchase certain products based on your browsing behavior.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our products and services, including to analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content and better understand your activity;

Targeted Advertising and Analytics

We engage others to provide analytics services, serve advertisements, and perform related services across the web and in mobile applications. To do this, rumioh and these partners may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of our Services and other websites and mobile apps, including your IP address, web browser and mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in mobile apps, links clicked, and conversion information. This information is used to deliver advertising targeted to you on other companies' sites or mobile apps, understand the effectiveness of this advertising, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand your activity.

Disclosure of Information

Vendors and Service Providers. We make personal information available to our vendors, service providers, contractors and consultants who perform services on our behalf, such as companies that assist us with web hosting, fraud prevention, customer service, chat features, analytics, and marketing.

Third Parties/Merchants with whom you intentionally interact. Our Services enable you to intentionally interact with one or more Merchants to view or purchase certain products or services. We disclose your personal information to those Merchants in order to facilitate your interaction with them. We may receive information from Merchants about the products or goods you purchased through your interactions with them through our Services.

We may disclose personal information if we believe that your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, if we believe that you have violated the law, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of rumioh, our users, the public, or others.

Professional Advisors. We disclose personal information to our legal, financial, insurance, and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests.

Corporate Transactions. We disclose personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, certain corporate transactions, including a merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company.

With Your Consent or at Your Direction. We make personal information available to third parties when we have your consent or you intentionally direct us to do so.

You can access, correct, and delete certain information stored within your rumioh account at any time by logging in and navigating to the settings menu.

rumioh uses cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described above. You can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect some of the functionality of our Services.

Text, SMS, and Calling Opt-outs and Consent

If you wish to stop receiving text or SMS messages or autodialed marketing calls from us, please reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPT-OUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE, or follow any other instructions provided to you about stopping such messages.

For clarity, if you consent to receive marketing text messages from us (including SMS messages), we will not permit third parties to rely on that consent to text you for marketing purposes, unless they are texting you on our behalf, you provided your permission for them to do so, or it is otherwise permitted by law.

Links to third-party websites and services

By using our Services, you may be able to interact with or link to other websites, including third-party retailers, social media platforms, or apps (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, twitter, etc.) ("Third-Party Sites"). We do not control any Third-Party Sites and are not responsible for the contents, nature, or privacy practices of any Third-Party Sites. Any access to and use of the Third-Party Sites is not governed by this Privacy Policy, but instead is governed by the privacy policies of those Third-Party Sites. If you choose to interact with the Third-Party Sites, you should review the applicable privacy policy, as the Third-Party Sites' privacy practices may differ from ours. Automated Employment Decision Tools Notice (New York City)

rumioh may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence ("AI") and other automated processes, to assist with screening and evaluating candidates for employment. This notice is provided in accordance with the New York City Automated Employment Decision Tools law ("NYC AEDT Law").

1. Use of Automated Employment Decision Tools

For certain positions, rumioh may use an Automated Employment Decision Tool ("AEDT") to support our hiring process. An AEDT is a computational process that uses machine learning, statistical modeling, data analytics, or artificial intelligence to assist with decision-making, including by generating a score, classification, recommendation, or other output used to support employment decisions.

rumioh may use AEDTs to help screen and evaluate candidates and to prioritize applications for review.

2. Job qualifications and characteristics evaluated

Depending on the role and stage of the hiring process, an AEDT may evaluate job-related qualifications and characteristics reflected in a candidate's application materials, such as:

• work experience and employment history;
• education and training;
• skills, certifications, and role-relevant keywords;
• responses to application questions; and/or
• other job-related information submitted by the candidate.

rumioh does not use AEDTs to evaluate candidates based on protected characteristics (such as race, ethnicity, national origin, age, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, veteran status, or other legally protected categories).

3. How the AEDT is used in the hiring process

The output of an AEDT may be used as one factor to assist our hiring team in evaluating candidates. Hiring decisions are made by rumioh personnel, and rumioh does not make employment decisions based solely on automated processing.
